ANDY “HECK” BOYD is an absurdist underground animation filmmaker and painter. He’s a highly prolific artist, driven in part by his paranoid schizophrenia and delusions of hearing the voices of satan. His work hoicks up the tradition of underground comix, yet Boyd is one of the first to turn this art form to online video, creating lo-fi transgressive spontaneous works dealing with obsolete technologies, celebratory icons, the image of glorified artists, and much more.
